We offer a drop-off by-appointment repair service starting at $50, making it convenient and affordable to have your printer serviced by an experienced technician.

Here’s what’s included

Diagnostics: We thoroughly inspect your printer to identify the root cause of the issue. This includes checking mechanical, electrical, and software components. Basic Repairs & Adjustments: Our $50 fee covers both the initial diagnostics and repairs, including any necessary adjustments or minor fixes (with a $25 credit toward parts if needed ie, nozzles, ptfe tube, grease/ bearings, wires).

Parts Coverage

If your repair requires replacement parts, we’ll cover up to $25 worth of parts as part of the initial fee. Customer Contact for Additional PartsIf additional parts beyond the $25 limit are needed, we’ll contact you with an estimate before proceeding with further repairs. This ensures that you stay informed and in control of the repair process.

Common Issues We Fix

Clogged Nozzles & Extrusion Problems:

If your printer is under-extruding, over-extruding, or completely clogged, we can clean or replace the nozzle (up to $25, from initial fee ) and calibrate your extruder.

Bed Leveling & Adhesion Issues:

A poorly leveled bed can ruin prints. We’ll adjust and calibrate your print bed for optimal adhesion.

Layer Shifting & Print Defects:

We diagnose and fix issues related to belts, stepper motors, and firmware settings to ensure smooth, consistent prints.

Hotend & Heatbed Failures:

If your printer isn’t heating properly, we’ll test and recommend replacing faulty components as needed.

Firmware & Software Updates:

We can update or troubleshoot firmware issues and provide recommendations for optimal slicer settings.

Electrical & Wiring Issues:

From loose connections to full board replacements, we’ll make sure everything is wired up correctly and safely.
