Q: What file formats do you accept?
A: We accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF files. If you have a different format, please contact us, and we'll see if we can accommodate it.

Materials and Printing

Q: What materials do you have in stock?
A: We currently stock PLA filament in 1.75mm diameter, available in a variety of colors including Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Black, Grey, Primer Grey, Bronze, and Silver. PETG is also available, and ABS can be ordered on a special request basis.

Q: What is the difference between PLA, PETG, and ABS?
A:

• PLA: Easy to use, biodegradable, and available in a variety of colors. Ideal for beginners and general use.

• PETG: Durable, flexible, and resistant to impact. Suitable for functional parts that need strength and flexibility.

• ABS: Strong, heat-resistant, and suitable for demanding applications. It can be post-processed with acetone for a smooth finish but requires careful handling during printing.

Q: Can you print in multiple colors?
A: Yes, we offer multicolor printing services. You can specify your color preferences when you place your order, and we’ll include them in the quote.

Q: Can you print directly onto fabric?
A: Yes, we can print onto fabric using TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) material, which is flexible and adheres well to fabric surfaces. This is great for creating custom clothing, accessories, and more.

Ordering and Payments

Q: How does your quote system work?
A: After you place your order, we’ll review your request and send you a detailed quote via email. Once you approve the quote, we’ll request payment via Interac e-Transfer. Please include your quote number in the transfer comment to ensure proper processing.

Q: How do I make a payment?
A: We accept payments via Interac e-Transfer. Once you receive and approve your quote, simply follow the payment instructions provided, making sure to include your quote number in the transfer comment section.

Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the project and current workload. We will provide an estimated completion date in your quote. If you have a deadline, please let us know when you place your order.

Q: Do you offer shipping?
A: Yes, we offer shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times will be included in your quote. Local pickup may also be available.

Prototyping and Design

Q: Can you help me design my 3D model?

A: If you need to make changes to your design after submission, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes before printing begins, but additional fees may apply depending on the extent of the revisions.

Q: What should I do if there’s an issue with my 3D print?
A: If you encounter any issues with your 3D print, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem, whether it’s a material defect, print error, or other concern.
