By accessing or using the Print That website (the "Site") and our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Orders and Payments

a. Order Process:
When you place an order through our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about the product you wish to order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

b. Pricing:
All prices on our Site are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. The final price, including taxes and shipping fees, will be displayed at checkout.

c. Payment:
We accept payment through various methods as indicated on our Site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method selected.

d. Shipping:
We will ship the products to the address provided during the order process. Shipping times may vary based on location and availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Custom 3D Printing Services

a. Design Files:
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete design files for custom 3D printing orders. We are not responsible for errors or defects in the final product resulting from inaccuracies in the design files provided.

b. Intellectual Property:
By submitting a design file, you represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights to the design and that our use of the design will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and print the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

c. No Guarantees:
While we strive to produce high-quality products, we do not guarantee that the final product will meet your expectations. We are not liable for any dissatisfaction with the final product, except as provided in our refund policy.

6. Refunds and Returns

a. Refund Policy:
We offer refunds or replacements for defective or damaged products. To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within [15] days of receiving your order. We may require proof of the defect or damage.

b. Return Policy:
Custom 3D-printed products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged. Standard merchandise from our store may be returned within [30] days of purchase, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

7. Intellectual Property

a. Site Content:
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PrintThat.ca or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

b. Trademarks:
All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site are our property or the property of other respective owners. You may not use any trademark, logo, or service mark without the prior written consent of its owner.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose;

• Interfering with or disrupting the Site or Services, or servers or networks connected to the Site;

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site;

• Using any automated means, such as bots, crawlers, or scrapers, to access the Site or Services;

• Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or overburden the Site or Services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintThat.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or Services;

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site or Services;

• Any content obtained from the Site or Services;

• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrintThat.ca, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of [Manitoba] and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
